Stay informed, stay engaged. FRAME hosts a variety of events and meetings throughout the year to promote transparency, collaboration, and growth.

From annual general meetings to specialized workshops and mentorship sessions, our calendar is full of opportunities to participate, learn, and lead.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Held once per year (usually in the 3rd or 4th quarter), the AGM is our most important gathering where we review our progress and plan for the future.

Purpose:

  • Present annual financial and operational reports
  • Review and approve organizational decisions
  • Elect new Board members (if applicable)
  • Open forum for members to propose agenda items

Special Meetings

FRAME may organize special meetings throughout the year when important matters require immediate attention or community input.

Special meetings are called when:

  • Major decisions require community input
  • Board of Directors calls for an emergency session
  • 40% of voting members request a special meeting

Board of Directors Meetings

Held quarterly or as needed, these meetings bring together Board members either virtually or in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve new programs and budgets
  • Appoint new team members
  • Resolve internal policy matters
  • Review team progress and reports

Team Meetings

Each operational team (Education, Tech, Audit, etc.) holds quarterly internal meetings to coordinate their activities and track progress.

Meeting Purpose:

  • Plan and review project goals
  • Assign responsibilities
  • Share progress updates with the Board
